Spring is here. In Argyll the sun is shining, Lagganmore’s flower tubs are beginning to bloom, the dog run has been repainted and there are lambs in the field round about us.  A stay in Lagganmore House at this time of year is perfect if you like getting out walking and enjoying our local wildlife.  Last weekends guests enjoyed a walk to St Brendans seat, just a short drive from the house to Loch Seil, a hill walk to then enjoy a splendid view over Argyll.  Check our directions for the walk here http://www.seil.org.uk/page18.html.  A gorgeous day on the Sunday allowed a relax in the garden whilst the children added pictures of birds at the bird feeding station to the Wildlife diary.  Scammadale is a real haven for wild birds and with a supply of bird food included in your rental its easy to attract them to the garden and enjoy them in the garden or whilst sitting in the conservatory dining room.  The RSPB have lots of resources on their website https://www.rspb.org.uk/ that can help inform you about our feathered visitors.  Enjoy
